39期高校1年生が語学研修として

イギリス・モーバンへ出発しました。

岡山空港で出発式を行い、東京へ向かいます。

翌朝イギリスへ到着、本格的な研修が始まります。

毎年恒例の語学研修、今年はどんな経験ができるでしょうか。

モーバンに到着、本格的に語学研修が始まりました。

初日はモーバン見学ツアーから始まり、英語試験、

スタッフによる指導を受けながら英語日記を作成しました。

午後はテニスで体を動かし、2時間の英語の授業。

続いてクラフトの授業でオリジナルバッグのデザインや

小物作りを楽しみました。

見るもの触れるものが初めてのものばかりでワクワクしている様子です。

明日はいよいよモーバンの街へと出かけます。

★この日書かれた生徒の英作文が早速届きましたので紹介します。

Tuesday 1st August 2023 Yesterday, I arrived at England. I was excited. First, we got on the bus. It was not much fun. Because the bus stuck in a traffic jam. Then I sleept. Second, we arrived at the boarding house. It was very beautiful. So, I was surprised. It was more beautiful than my imagined. Also, my room was cute. I liked it very much. British food was more delicious than my imagined. Especially, I liked potato. This day was tough. But, I was sure it would be fun from now on.　M.I

モーバンは少し雨が降って気温が下がっています。

全員元気に2日目の朝を迎えました。

午前中は先日のテストの結果をもとに3つのクラスに分かれて、

ネイティブの先生による本格的な英語の授業。

午後からはモーバンの街に出かけました。

校外に出て、公園でのピクニックや買い物を楽しみ、

現地の人の温かさに触れ、生徒も安心して買い物ができたようです。

またアフタヌーンティーで紅茶やスコーンをたしなみ、

イギリスの雰囲気に浸ることができました。

明日も午前中は授業、午後から校外に出かける予定です。

Tuesday 1st August 2023 Today, I got up at 7 o’clock. Today’s breakfast was bread, scrambled egg, potatoes and bacons. They were delicious. There were a lot of traditional buildings in Malvern College. After lunch, I played catch and tennis. It was very fun. Catch was important to cooperate. It was the first time to play tennis. It was difficult. After that, I took a break. I ate cookies. They were very sweet and delicious.　R.K

Tuesday 1st August 2023 Today I had my first full day at Malvern College. I was tired, but I learned a lot. I thought I got used to this life a bit. I joined a tour of Malvern College and I went to the chapel and library. I could learn about history and so on. The photo in front of a majestic building in a vast nature setting would be an unforgettable memory. It was the second day, but I felt good to come to Malvern College. I want to keep working hard for another days.　T.H
